I absolutely LOVE my BGE! I'm making a Brisket on it this weekend for my son's 2 year old birthday party. I'll put the brisket on at Noon Friday and won't lift the lid till 9AM the next day. Delicious. Makes Fallin-off-the-bone ribs in 6 hours. I'm a major egg head now. You won't look back once you grill on a BGE. -Matt
